Suppliers are obliged to inform Pasternak (details below) when any breach of any part of this Supplier Code of Conduct occurs. Pasternak operates based on good faith and confidence in the commitment made by its suppliers to comply with this Code of Conduct but reserves the right to request more information or require a third-party evaluation to confirm such compliance.
Pasternak reserves the right to take the necessary measures to resolve any situation of its suppliers considered illegal or contrary to this Code of Conduct and requests that its suppliers know and train their agents on it.

As a broker or principal in the palm oil industry, we do not own any land, plantations, or storage tanks. We specialize in buying and selling palm oil products, derivatives, and/or futures without storing physical material. Our main suppliers are in Central and South America. Our supply base includes voluntary certification schemes such as RSPO and ISCC for certified palm oil production and its derivatives. We are also committed to complying with current and upcoming voluntary standards and regulations in the palm oil sector.
